Our internal business structures are fully aligned to the brands. Each development of a brand is monitored by a “Brand Champ”. This person ensures that the values of the brand are always preserved, and that each subsequent development follows a purposeful evolution or even a gentle revolution, but never comes across as just actionist or in the worst case self-destructive.

Internal competitions are conducted to continually generate stimulating new ideas for a brand. This attains a great deal of innovative force and requires that we continually reflect on our own work and actions. But always under the protective watch of the “Brand Champ”.
